Cucina Toscana: Any suggestions?

We are always on the look-out for new restaurants. I have been told many times that Cucina Toscana is the best Italian in Salt Lake, but just haven't made my way there yet. I think we will give it a go very soon.

Anyone have suggestions on what to order?

SCALOPPINE DI VITELLO BOSCAIOLA!
veal scalloppine served with a ragout of wild porcini mushrooms - I Had it on Valentines Day, it was amazing, Kingston had a delicate spinach ravioli with kind of an arrabiata sauce. The sauce was great, the ravioli was amazing. But I'd order the Scaloppine again and I think he'd try something else.
Their caprese salad was ok, but too much mozzarella (I didn't know that was possible). We have had a meat platter there that was amazing (proscuitto, etc). Don't skip the italian soda, I had blackberry peach- so gooooood!

Have fun! I still like Tuscany better, I know I'd read you go there too. But its an experience!
