Chicken Tikka Masala


No three words ever made my ears perk up more quickly than "Chicken Tikka Masala." There is a little Indian restaurant a few doors down from my apt called Bombay House and they have some amazing CTM. A few weeks ago we talked to one of the managers and he explained to us how it is made...

Ladies and gentlemen, the Tandoori Oven:


In order to make "real" CTM you must have one of these contraptions. It is made of authentic Indian clay and costs $5,000. Awesome. Well, at least I live close to people who know how to make it.
