I'm going to Washington, DC for work in a couple of weeks and would love advice on great places to eat while I'm there. I've never been, so I have no idea what I'm doing.
You're going to be in our neighborhood! I don't know about food, but make sure to cruise the national mall for great sightseeing - and it's all free! The holocaust museum is great and enlightening. When my parents were here we all went on a seqway tour... sooo dorky, but sooo much fun. I've heard the restaurant Busboys and Poets is great (lots of vegetarian items :) ) but I haven't tried it yet. Enjoy your trip!
