So we tried a new chicken enchilada recipe this week:
Black Beans
Salsa Verde
Garlic
Onions
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Chicken Breast
Cilantro at the end
It was really good. Man, I love cilantro! I think I sometimes can go overboard with it, but tonight I didn't. :)
